UX issues for contacts #211

We didn’t give the contacts screen much love. After doing some user testing some very compelling UX issues have come up that we can solve easily.

In particular:

[ ] Better layout for the Contacts screen
[ ] Add explanation for empty state contact list.
[ ] Redo contacts sharing interface to be clearer – right now people are tapping the camera button to scan codes, when the action is update photo.
