Add “with” before displaying other filters. For example, if a timestamp filter is selected it would look like “Blocks since 10:00 am on March 20th, 2020 with cycle 200” If no timestamp filter is selected it would be “Blocks with cycle 200”
Remove “is” and place a comma in between the filters. For example: "Blocks with cycle 200, priority less than 2, block level 70,000
