I have been playing with the Galleon wallet to test Tezos delegation. The wallet looks great and is pretty straightforward to use, but I hit a UX issue.
When delegating to an address I was using the "Use Max" link which autofilled the entire amount in my wallet. I would then try to send to a delegation address but was presented with an uninformative error along the lines of "Operation Issues" and some tezos was spent. After trying a few baker addresses out (thinking maybe they were not accepting delegations), I decided to try smaller amounts which were all successful. Finally, I realized the issue is that "Use Max" does not take into consideration the pre-filled, suggested transaction fee. Once I considered the transaction fee I could adjust the amount auto-filled by "Use Max".
Suggestion: "Use Max" should consider the transaction fee and communicate this to the user.
