Minimal functionality build

Since we are removing functionality in the wallet that is no longer supported, we will include links for users to be able to continue accessing the info about their assets that they are used to seeing in the wallet. This ideally should help make sure users are not scared their assets are "gone" because the can't see them in the wallet any more.

Remove functionality and update with link

• [ ] Add a message with links for tokens
• [ ] Add a message with links for transactions
• [ ] Add a message with links for NFTs

Remove from side panel

• [ ] Remove "interact with contracts"
• [ ] Remove "liquidity baking"
• [ ] Remove "Beacon status"

@Aeesh We need to create a "legacy" version of Galleon that that go on running without Conseil, ConseilJS, etc. The codebase on https://github.com/Cryptonomic/T2 is too stale to use anymore so we need to boot up a new codebase on this repo.

• [x] Create a brand new Electron.js + React.js project in this repo, making sure to use the latest stable versions of all libraries
• [ ] Create a basic "Hello, world" app page and ensure you can make builds for Mac, Windows and Linux using Electron. If you do not have access to any of the three operating systems, ask your colleagues for help.
• [ ] Implement @navi-arneja's designs above in the project without adding in any blockchain functionality. We will add calls to Taquito later. Reuse layout code from T2 as possible to save time.

Please ensure that Conseil, ConseilJS and NFT Image Proxy are not called at all in the new codebase.
