I have confirmed no other issue reports this bug

I have confirmed the mod is installed on the proper side

[X] I have installed the mod properly

Current behavior

Same issue as #33 , but on version 1.20.1. Config always resets to "wood"

Expected behavior

Config does not reset

Steps to reproduce

Open config, change the value, launch Minecraft, config resets

Minecraft version

1.20.1

Mod loader version

Forge

Mod version

9.0.0

Other mods

None

Fixed with v9.0.1.
