Are there supposed to be so many flooded caves? #14

Did vanilla have this many flooded caves? I feel like just about every cave I find is flooded in an area. iirc vanilla had more frequent exceptions, or flooded caves only happened when in connection to bodies of water. Here its just every cave in the entire biome. Am I crazy or is this a thing?

I have made some changes in the most recent update (v1.0.1) which should reduce the frequency of flooded caves. Please note that caves are hardcoded to be flooded for about 15 blocks down under rivers, lakes, and oceans.

Please let me know if you see any improvements to this issue when using the aforementioned version (or later)
