"Smooth" Scaling option doesn't actually work. #25

Describe the bug it's supposed to smooth the sprites both when downscaling and upscaling.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Turn on smooth scaling
  2. See sprite not being smooth scaled

Expected behavior The sprite is scaled smoothly
