For Live tally, votes are retained after member leaves #6

If a group member leaves and they voted, their votes persist, but no one "exists" who still wants that weighting. This also leaves potential for spamming.

This is dangerous, and the reason I think this method will never work. If someone has a sudden disconnection for any reason, their votes cannot be altered unless we track how each person voted.
