Allow to pick a file instead of camera shot or video #23

9 will implement a camera shot capability. We should be able to point at an already taken photo or image

Note that we removed the camera review pause button, but when someone is deciding to pick a photo from an album we should immediately pause the preview to cut down unnecessary computation. Maybe we should even pause before we are about to navigate away as well regardless of picked photo or not.

We are adding back the enhanced camera controls and the camera page will have a different UX
