• Wear OS app permission has Location permissions (only when the app runs, there's no more broad choice) https://www.reddit.com/r/AndroidWear/comments/7ao3mw/sunsetsunrise_complication_not_working/
• But it can happen that the Watch Face itself should have permission granted (https://www.reddit.com/r/AppleWatch/comments/9hzy2q/sunrise_sunset_complication_not_working/), but that would require some source code change, hence this ticket
