What were you trying to do: add post to my watch list

What was supposed to happen: having said post in watch list

What happened: I accidentally removed a post from my watchlist and tried to add it back. When going back to my watchlist, the post is still not there even if the watch option is selected.

Edit : When I try to manually remove the watch button on the post, it doesn't deselect it and leave it green when I refresh the page.
