I have had this issue for a while where I will bid on an auction and it shows that it was accepted but on the actual bid page my bid doesn't show up. Then when the auction ends I get an email stating I lost the bid even though my bid never showed up and even if there were No other bidders. This is super frustrating as I've missed out on quite a bit of art I would have loved to commissioned.
