Don't receive notifications about messages

For the last three days, my clients and I have not received notifications about messages in the crm, I also noticed that when I try to get to a page with some users, I get an empty page. I added screenshots, I hope it's clear what the problem is.

This is happening to me as well for at least five days.

For some additional context, the Activity button is not highlighting when new messages have been sent, and on the https://ping.commishes.com/activity/ page the new messages are not showing up as a new message that can be clicked.

This does not apply to all messages though. Messages for winning an auction and an auction being finished appear to still be communicated correctly.

Hey there! I just pushed a test patch to the servers that should fix the notification issue. Can you guys confirm that you're receiving notifications and emails for new messages?

One year later and I’m having this issue as well. I’m not getting the updates from artists in my email since sometime Saturday

To add to this, I haven’t gotten email alerts from anything, not updates to comms, or when it’s finished, not if I won an auction or got outbid, nor when a new auction is posted. Idk if there’s something wrong on my end or not, I can’t find anything weird or different, I haven’t changed any settings afaik.

Tried changing my email and that seems to have fixed it. Weird that it happened in the first place so suddenly.
