Show polygon orientation #13

In cad.plot_polygon, indicate the orientation by placing arrows on the sides: https://matplotlib.org/3.2.1/api/_as_gen/matplotlib.pyplot.arrow.html.

Implement it in the Polygon class of module geometry.
