backing up priiloader bug #17

1 - have a wii with 3.3u and priiloader
2 - start dopmii and select IOS36
3 - start to install 4.2u system menu
4 - get a message in yellow...
" blablabla SU access... cant backup priiloader... blablabla"
5 - press A to continue
6 - get a message in white
"backing up priiloader... blabla"

why is it backing up priiloader if it cant restore it later?
what if i dont want it to back up priiloader?  i just want to install a
system menu and overwrite the shitty thing.
