Attached is a patch for removing fakesigning ability, IOS patching, adding a 
massive notice telling people to come here for a "good" build, and removing the 
boot2v4 wad (WTF?).

:)

(oh, and it also fixes building on Linux/other casesensitive OS', like #28, 
because otherwise I couldn't build the damn thing)
