Search for tasks in `search.html` #9

Turns out it was already possible to search for tasks and that functionality has already been implemented but was inaccessible from the search bar. I made the search bar redirect to the /search route of the app.py server. From now on, whenever you enter something into the search bar and click the "Search" button the system will search for tasks. Please let me know if you have any questions or want me to change anything.
