Include timestamp

Went with console-stamp in this commit: https://github.com/Ctrain16/Ciara/commit/a7b83d27bd3f8e100593a8c831920c2bfb119a88

Will need to switch to using a custom logger for this to work with systemctl: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/56547226/cant-get-console-stamp-to-log-to-custom-output-file

Confirmed timestamps are working with systemctl.
