Implementation of the coupons.

This PR brings the implementation of discount coupons for in-panel purchases, the list below summarizes the changes.

It adds the discount coupons in two different types, percentage and amount.
Fully configurable in the panel settings.

This PR solves the following problems:

Fixes an undefined variable problem when you access your own profile.

To-do list.

[x] Make the main logic.
[ ] Perform all tests with all currently available payment methods.
