Start Adding Documentation

We have old documentation materials in Google Drive that we want to migrate here. Reasoning for this is that:

1. We are working in Github everyday so it is nice to have docs here, too.
2. Keeping documentation close to projects we are working on is also advantageous.

As developers we want a central place for documentation that is easily accessible and editable by all of us.
