buff.link documentation #42

We need some documentation for:

  1. Gerneral information about this site and its setup
  2. How to login buff.link
  3. Previous issues that have occurred that needed fixing
    • selinux permissions issue and previous short-term fix for this
    • changing selinux config file for long-term to fix permissions
    • other?

This should 'live' in the Operations section since we are more or less the owners of this site.
