Create Specs For Directory Features #170

It would be nice to have automated testing on this bundle, but for now capturing what a user can do in Gherkin in the format of a Behat test will suffice.

Relates to https://github.com/CuBoulder/express/issues/2816

To complete:

[x] Create a tests directory just like in the other bundles.
[x] Add feature files with user stories, as you would normally do.
[x] Attempt to run the tests locally. Grab a backup of the site and this bundle.

I only made a few tests, but I'm not sure what else needs to be added...perhaps following some links listed in the directory information?
