Trying to make a comment in the pr to see if workflow runs.

Successfully running tests is proving to be difficult. I am not sure why. Here is what is good so far:

• start a mysql database
• setup a desired PHP version
• setup a desired Composer version
• install drush
• checkout the d7core and express_mono repos
• install express
• many tests pass

The problems at this point is:

• more tests fail than pass
  • It seems like authentication causes a problem?
  • Or maybe certain users?
• not using saucelabs yet or implementing js tests with a different technology

The problems only occur when tests are executed in github actions/workflow. When I run them locally they pass as expected. Maybe more studying of local setup vs github.

Closing this pr because it seems easier to move forward without sauce labs or selenium and rather run tests using headless Chrome.
