Images not coming over during migration #53

Working through the migrated Brand site and there are a lot of images that didn't make it over in the migration (not on the page or in the media library). https://live-ucbprod-brand.pantheonsite.io/examples/print is an example. There are 28 images on the D7 site and 22 of those are on the D10 site. We had this issue on the chancellor's site as well.

I would say it's a function of the image gallery, but it's happening in other places as well that are not related to the image gallery.

We had this same issue on the Chancellor's site whereby the banner image was missing upon launch.

And this page looks like it has a slot for an image (there should be 4), but nothing's in it: https://live-ucbprod-brand.pantheonsite.io/examples/web
