Related Articles showing when not configured, no title shown

On https://live-ucbprod-aerospace.pantheonsite.io there's several articles that are showing related articles at the bottom of the page even though they aren't configured to do so. The three articles below all have different categories and tags but are showing the same 3 articles that are all 10 years old.

There also isn't a heading above these saying what they are. A title with a h2 should say "Related Articles"

Might be a Migration issue. The articles on this site are missing the default paragraph:

They should have a paragraph in that field by default:

Adding that paragraph back in resolves the issue with Related Paragraphs showing up.
