At mobile sizes, a Main Menu and Secondary Menu both populated with links looks incredibly unorganized when "Position of the Secondary Menu" is set to inline, occurs on all styles.
In the screenshot I also have a Social Media Menu positioned in the "Secondary Menu"
This happens around 763px screen width and below up until it turns into the hamburger menu. Slightly larger may also need some adjustments, but it isn't as scattered as the smaller size.
Without a "Social Media Menu", it is still all over the place:
