Refines the relatedness calculations of the Related Articles block. The block will now check Category matches as most relevant, tag matches, and in the event of a tie in "relatedness score" it will take the more recent Article as the more related choice.
Previously the block almost exclusively took only the category matches under consideration and if there were none, would then check tag matches. Date was not included in these calculations and would reflect Articles in the order returned from the API.
