Video Reveal height solution #1294

Resolves #1204 and #1286. Changes the video reveal to have the image as a background images and limits the height to 160px larger than the text content.

My youtube videos are getting shrunk weird once it is revealed.

Yeah it seems to be doing it with any vid I throw in there. This will need some work.
