Rss feed in column view not displaying properly with image #129

On a couple of pages, the display of the image is too big next to the rss feed on right (rss feed is not displaying).

This is related to permissions. If you're logged in as a Developer, the feed shows. If Anonymous User, the feed isn't visible and the feed element never renders, resulting in the image spanning maximum width of the container.
