Map Ckeditor Plugin #169

Found by Wendy and Annie:

The map plugin is not showing correctly after the page is saved.

Inside the page editor it does display correctly

This is true in both Drupal 10.2.7 and 10.3.1 I am not getting any specific console or dlog errors.

It looks like it's getting stripped in the Downcast.

Filter order problem, moved to the profile. Will fix after Jump Menu gets merged.
