Google Tag Manager Config #195

We need to disable the Enforce Privacy Consent Policy flag in the config for the google-tag module.

If this is enabled it's not sending any tracking data at all currently.

We have consent_mode: false set so it should be good to go for new updates.

We ran updates and this isn't being toggled off by the configuration changes. Will need to look into this a bit more.

Looks like this is related to some problems we're having. The newest version is breaking javascript stuff for sure This is tied to our video problems with vid reveal and vid hero unit, at the very least. https://www.drupal.org/project/google_tag/issues/3468036

This fix is still in progress. It seems like the problem has been located at least.
