RSS feeds (output) #164

Site editors should be able to create and configure RSS feeds for articles by selecting a combination of categories and tags. There should also be a general feed that outputs all articles.

This functionality is currently built into Drupal 8 core using Views. An RSS feed can be made for any page type, taxonomy item, and more. This would of course require us to add permissions and documentation on creating feeds in Views but it is fairly simple. Will discuss at next project management meeting.
