Working Article List page. Closes #69 Closes #61

Notes: Don't merge yet, this has testing code still in.

I am receiving this error when I install

When I remedy this error and install I end up getting an error my article lists.

I can't seem to figure out if its on my end or an actual error. I think it's on my end because I get this on every install now.

Everything looks like it's working properly! Good to merge after Jacob finishes testing.
