Added aria-hidden to the main countdown Added a new sr-only div with basic information for screen readers

This update:

[a11y] Resolves CuBoulder/ucb_ckeditor_plugins#59:
- Adds aria-hidden="true" to the main countdown that updates every second. -Adds a new div to the js output that is sr-only for screen readers.
