Removal of CSS and JS for migration shortcodes as they will no longer be needed.

Resolves #39

THIS WILL BREAK ALL STYLES FOR SHORTCODES SHORTCODES THAT ARE BEING MIGRATED SHOULD END UP HAVING STYLED SETTINGS BECAUSE THEY WILL BE USING THE CKEDITOR 5 PLUGINS STYLES

No need to bother with this change since we're removing the module.
