Added 2 new bungee console commands that could save your life one day: !ban <player|ip> !unban <player|ip|uuid>
Added a new parser for the tempban time parameter
Added a new command: /banhistory -> Matches player, ip or uuid (exact only)
Added a shortcut to start a task that update a ban UUID

Migrated database to Bans v3
Instead of a single lookup field (was mutable tho), we now have 3: name, uuid, ip. The point is to have some lattitude. Being able to ban by name, and then, on it's own, improve it by adding the UUID is much better. Remember kids, KISS: Keep it simple and stupid.
The game will now accept any player name to be banned. it will attempt to retreive a UUID attached to that name if the player is not known.
tempban is now completly fixed.
Ban by ip now also kick the players that are on said IP
All around bug fixes and trying to make this plugin usable.
