Killing Floor 2 Stuck - Steps 2/4 #1005

System Information

Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS x86_64
AMP version 2.5.0.0 (Callisto)
Stream: Mainline / Release - built by CUBECODERS/buildbot on CCL-DEV

[x] that my operating system is up-to-date.

Symptoms

What are you trying to do? Install Killing Floor 2 server
What are you expecting to happen? For the installation to progress past step 2/4 (Start Server)
What is actually happening? ('Nothing' is not an acceptable answer!) Steamcmd installation process starts, completes, then no activity. Web UI notifications persist (Running Update Tasks, etc.).

Reproduction

Install AMP on an Ubuntu Server with plenty of resources.
Install minecraft server to test things out, it works.
Install Killing Floor 2 server, it doesn't. AMPLOG 2024-03-22 08-17-22.log

AMP bug. Workaround: stop your instance, edit GenericModule.kvp in the instance datastore, and add App.HasSuccessfullyUpdatedAtLeastOnce=True

This fix is released to Mainline.
