CSGO server won't start. #1096

I want to host a csgo legacy server when I hit start it says " Application State: Unable to run"

When I check logs it says:

[17:47:55] [srcds:admin Warning] : Server failed to start 5 times, not restarting.

Go to File Manager and delete 740/bin/libgcc_s.so.1 and it should work.
