Having the same issue but on Linux. Nothing happens even if I trigger it by hand. Nothing can be found in the logs. @MadCappedBeef Have you found any solution?
no sorry @rezor92, I still haven't found a solution to this, we've updated to the version that stated it fixed this issue and still no luck.

Are there specific games you're trying this for?
Tried it for V-Rising and Valheim, both with the same result. I have tried to recreate the instance which led to the same outcome. I remember there was some output in the AMP_Log some versions ago.

VRising seems to work. I've found the log I mentioned earlier: [05:09:00] [steamcmdplugin Info/8154] : Checked updates for 1829350 - current build is 14779468 - latest build is 14779468
