STDIO (namely terraria) not working on windows

Symptoms

• What are you trying to do? Send command line inputs to a STDIO generic module console (Terraria) in Windows
• What are you expecting to happen? The commands to reach the console and give back output
• What is actually happening? ('Nothing' is not an acceptable answer!) The command does not return a reply or do its action

  Reproduction

1. Grab a Terraria or tModLoader config from https://github.com/CubeCoders/AMPTemplates/pull/91 or https://github.com/CubeCoders/AMPTemplates/pull/90
2. Create a new instance in a windows 11 amp environment from one of those modules
3. Start and manage the module
4. Start an update, configure the module
5. Start the application
6. Wait until the state changes to started
7. Try any command, like help or save
8. The console doesn't reply and the command has no effect

Also tested to not work on Windows 10. potentially linked to changes since https://github.com/CubeCoders/AMP/issues/557 ?
