Bug 1: ARK SE Asking for Password when logging into do updates Via SteamCMD, Was advised that this should be done anonymously Bug 2: Failing to check SteamCMD for update

System Information

• Which AMP release stream you're using (Mainline, Nightly or FastTrack) Windows 10 Pro 22H2 Windows 10 Pro 1909 v2.4.1.2, built 21/12/2022 17:54 Maineline

Symptoms

• What are you trying to do? Schedule ARK to update each hour
• What are you expecting to happen? Check for an update each hour and then update the server without needing a password and username
• What is actually happening? ('Nothing' is not an acceptable answer!) SteamCMD is generating this error when checking for an update [21:01:03] [System Warning] : Failed to get update manifest data. When I manually run this it asks for a password and username when I want it to log in anonymously

Reproduction

Enter reproductions steps here. Have 4 Target machines, all having the same issue. -Installed App Fresh on all these targets -Setup ARK SE on each one multiple instances -Stopped the AMP service, started -Restarted the servers -Reinstalled AMP -Remove the Instanced and then remade the instance -Removed AMP, removed all files and reinstalled -Tested updating one of the targets to the latest version of Windows and still having the same issue

SteamCMD itself currently has a bug that makes it not work very well for anything that requires authentication. The nightly build of AMP has a workaround for Linux systems.

Is there no current way to force in anonymous with my steam webapi dev key?

This appears to have been fixed as of a recent SteamCMD update.
