Antiguest not working with multiple worlds #3

Well basically, i have group manager that comes with essentials. They are up to date. Everything is up to date. But the thing is, when i got multiworld plugins, the antiguest stopped working. idk if this is the multiple world's fault or it is groupmannager. PLEASE FIX THIS.... Defaults can build when they dont have permits.
