Log prevention info #35

I would like to see AntiGuest log the prevention info to console and ops. Right now, it logs only the punishment to console as "[SEVERE] Punishment: slap". I'd like to see it log the user and the prevention to the console and ops as well, so it'd look like "[SEVERE] User: someuser; Punishment: slap; Prevention: lavabucket". This would help me keep track of potentially troublesome users on my server.
