I know this is a dead repository, but I just wanted to open this PR for anyone who still happens to check.

Updated AntiGuest for 1.16.3.
Uses the entire new post-1.13 Material set.
Swapped to use gradle instead of maven.
Completely reformatted old source code.
Includes libMinecraft code (check the commit that references it for source).

Thanks for your efford, but I won't merge this like this. I have no interest in the gradle migration, the formatting changes and the inclusion of libMinecraft. I deployed libMinecraft to our maven repository again (got lost for some reason) and losely applied the update-relevant changes from this PR without any of the noise around it. Please check 8b512dc766aef159f329399f1f165dd436b27feb to see if I missed something important.
