Describe the bug

The CCS is a collection of issues that all leads to the same problem, quirky unpredictable weapon, it happens because of a few reasons.

Reproducibility

[x] I reproduced this issue with as few other mods as possible installed.
[x] I am unable to reproduce this issue consistently without modifications to the mod.

All of the videos I put are definitely caused by the CCS
