📝 Description

Adds back the zombie/deathclaw NPC's from VMW

🎯 Goals

• [x] Add back the NPC's without the compatibility layer
• [x] Add config for spawning (Default: 0)
• [ ] Give NPC's a proper melee attack
• [ ] Stop NPC's from spawning with the Guns from Terrorist Equipment config

❌ Non Goals

• Bring back contagion :(
