Removes the Grenade Seconds countdown and fixes a bug related to it

🚦 Testing

Countdown does not appear and the grenade doesn't blow up in your face

⏮️ Backwards Compatibility

It should not cause any issue, due to it being a simple change with little to no infraction on the server side, however it is highly recommended by my behalf to use the version with this pr in it
