Feature Request: 1.19.3 Strongholds #182

As of 1.19.3, stronghold generation was optimized slightly (thank god) but, as a result of this, they are off by a few degrees as compared to 1.19.2.

I accidentally opened this for cubiomes-viewer instead of cubiomes but I noticed your last commit (which I haven't checked but at least it means you are aware of this issue) so I am closing the bug report here. Thanks.
