Upstream AppStream file #191

This puts the AppStream file from the Flathub repo in the main repo. The AppStream file is not Flatpak specific and is used by other package formats as well. It is also used by some other programs such as parental control, so it makes sense to have it upstream.

Is the metainfo.xml in the flathub repo still required then?

The metainfo.xml in the Flathub repo is not required anymore. Youcan just use the file from this Repo. They are the same.
