to address point 2 as a MacOS user (several months late btw), you don't need a key. all the user needs to do is right click > open, and they get a prompt to trust the app. after that, it works normally. this is what TW does and it works pretty well

Hmm. We'll look into it. Native MacOS support would be great.
macOS can only be built properly from macOS. I have an M1 Mac so I'd be able to build for all Apple Silicon macs but not Intel macs
Apparently apple thinks they're special or something.
Known Issues
[x] Installer refused to run.
Seems like it won't change the current directory to src. MacOS use shell like everyone else, right? Might be a perms issue or something.
[ ] We have no developer key to build for MacOS Building for MacOS requires a key and we have no intention to get one at this moment.
[ ] MacOS Performance Issues Seems like we get reduced performance on MacOS for no apparent reason.
